Shop Policies

THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR READING OUR PRODUCT AND SHOP RULES IN FULL BEFORE PURCHASING. 

Ready to ship items are available for returning but only in shop credit. Must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. (Must also be in new/unworn condition)

Customer must pay shipping to return items back to us. You will be refund once the item is back in shop and thoroughly inspected.

Sale/Clearance items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for returns.

Customer is responsible for providing correct sizing on all products. Incorrect sizing issues are not available to be return/refund. Double check your order confirmation and please email us immediately if you realize you have ordered the wrong size. If your order has made it to the production stage, we may not be able to change the size you ordered. 

It is the customers responsibility to provide customized design details in the customization box when ordering and to provide any files containing brands, logos, etc. via email to flatlandersleather@gmail.com along with their order number in the subject line for reference.

All custom order items are ineligible for returns after the design has been approved by the customer.

Please note Flatlanders Leather Co. is a small one person team. Most items are made to order. I do my best to provide accurate turn around times but occasionally production may extend beyond the original quote. Be sure to provide your email address during check-out so that I can update you on the status of your order. If you need your item(s) by a specific date please be sure to provide this date so that I can do my best to make sure it arrives on time! I strive to work as fast as possible without sacrificing on quality craftsmanship. Your patience is appreciated.
